Located directly on the banks of the river in a quiet village, the Rhein River Guesthouse offers the perfect location to rest and relax. There are numerous activities nearby our Guesthouse. You can enjoy the parks and gardens or take evening walks along the riverside. In the warmer weather, it is possible to hire a yacht at the Hitdorf Yacht Habour directly in front of the house, take a ferry across the river, or explore the area on a bicycle.

For those who enjoy taking in some fresh air, the Hitdorf Lake is only minutes away, and numerous outdoor restaurants and cafes along the Rhein invite you to relax in the sunshine. For children, the green parkland is perfect for a picnic or game of football, and there is a playground to explore. There is also a chance to feed the swans or try your luck with the fishing rod.

With easy access to both Cologne and Düsseldorf two of Germany´s most exciting cities for fairs, shopping, museums and art galleries, and night life, the Hitdorf village is very convenient.

The house is only an hour by car from Holland and a little more from Belgium for those wanting to take in the best of Europe.

The Aqualand Thermal Welt close by offers a spa and sauna, indoor and outdoor pools, and various water activities for adults and children.

The beautiful Guesthouse is also a good place for an exciting sightseeing trip to the multicultural cities of Cologne and Düsseldorf. Both are in easy reach by public transport or by car.

We would like to support and accompany you if you wish. We can also plan a bicycle or hiking tour, organize a boat trip on the Rhine, or a tour to interesting spots here in the surrounding area, like Hitdorf and Leverkusen. Also, we can organize city-tours to Cologne or Düsseldorf.
